How do you create a timeless wedding with a nod to modern times?
When it came to Ashlyn and Steven’s wedding at the Tampa Museum of Art in December 2021, it was a blend of classic colors and traditional blooms paired with rich textures and contemporary design.
Complemented by the couple’s radiant personalities, their special day was simply glamorous.
The elegant ceremony took place on the outdoor terrace and was a mix of clean lines accented by lush botanicals.
Two grand arrangements in gold urns created drama for the ceremony look while bright greenery delicately lined the aisle. A gold squared arch with sprays of white hydrangea, ranunculus, lisianthus, roses, Italian ruscus, and smilax placed in asymmetrical locations made for an eye-catching altar.
But it was the excitement of Steven’s soul and the love of Ashlyn’s heart that stole the show (not to mention her stunning red rose bouquet and his complementing velvet jacket!).
During the cocktail reception, guests mingled by candlelight and found their seating arrangement on a boxwood greenery wall provided by Botanica.
Afterward, guests entered a breathtaking indoor atrium of white and gold. Round tables boasted both high and low arrangements inspired by the ceremony flowers and the regal head table sparkled with an eclectic runner of petite arrangements and floating candles.
The timeless wedding of Ashlyn and Steven will forever be in style. We loved being part of their wedding team and wish them as radiant a life as their wedding day was.
