Taking place at a private residence overlooking a sparking lake, this wedding was filled with romance in just about every single aspect. 

From the twinkling chandeliers, to the glistening glass chargers, to the clear accents in the arrangements—wherever you looked there was love and light.

Alexis’ bridal bouquet embodied a sophisticated yet, modern romantic design. It was an assortment of soft white phalaenopsis orchids and romantic garden roses. By keeping the bouquet simple and clean, the Sawyers were not focused on the beautiful blooms but rather their gaze was locked on one another.

The elegant but romantic design continued as the reception began. Dinner took place on the lawn, meanwhile the pool area was transformed into a fun, party atmosphere full of dancing.

Having the backyard as the setting of the reception was sensational! The location implemented the elements of nature to their wedding while still keeping it charmingly clean and crisp.

We wanted to match the intimate identity of this reception, so we focused on making our arrangements delicate and refined. The blooms brought together were full and compact, yet loose and open in design. We paired these blooms with foliage of delphinium and larkspur in an artistic assortment. These blooms with the modern twist and additional texture made for an exceptionally romantic shape seen over the whole venue.

The idyllic reception did not end at the arrangements. The clear glass votives brought a beautiful glow to the dusk evening. This extra element of decor paired with lights illuminating from above helped set a lovely tone to the night.

We adored getting to watch the Sawyer’s love come to life. Their day truly lit up the night!
